The ImpactVCB-e model 01381 board is a half height PCI Express board for Windows 10, 8 and 7 (32-bit and 64-bit) with one S-Video and one composite video input, plus audio inputs.
ImpactVCB-e PCI Express board
The ImpactVCB-e is a PCI Express video capture product. Compatible with Windows 10, 8, 7 (both 64-bit and 32-bit), ImpactVCB-e is a low profile board which is supplied with both a full height and half height brackets. It will digitize NTSC and PAL video from either composite or S-Video sources.
Video from any analog source (composite or S-Video) can be captured as either still frame video images or motion video. The ImpactVCB-e is supplied with the Hauppauge Capture application (download). In addition, if you are developing your own application, the Hauppauge SDK can be used to create a custom application for your system. And for Linux developers, the ImpactVCB-e is included in the latest (4.0+) kernel and in our PPA for Ubuntu.
Live Video Display
The ImpactVCB-e can be used with the WinTV v10 application for video monitoring, video capture and still frame capture, both full screen and video in a window.

The ImpactVCB-e (PCI Express model) is compatible with X1 and X16 PCIe slots and includes a Windows 10/8/7 and Windows XP compatible driver.
Video capture: the ImpactVCB-e has both composite and S-Video connectors.
Audio Capture: Audio can be input directly from the 3.5mm stereo audio jack.
